Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with a king size bed and which was older, as example, which I really appreciated. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel.

Well-maintained and comfortable hotel located in a very quiet area right by several restaurants and Rocky Top. Good sleep in a comfortable bed, well-equipped and neat room.

The hotel is fairly clean with excellent service. It boasts a marvellous and perfect location; short walk to surrounding food places and characters and several restaurants.

Stayed at a brand-new room with a refrigerator and a king size bed, as for instance. The pool was clean, the staff here was efficient and excellent. The location was exceptionally nice right beside a railroad track.

The room we had included central heating, television, and a microwave oven. It had walk-in showers in the fairly clean bathroom. Appreciated the location that was convenient and right by the beautiful smokey mountains and Pigeon Forge.

I had brand-new, updated room with a king size bed and fridge, as example, had good night's sleep. A shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets was a plus.

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to lake norris marina. A double room with shampoo and bedroom and a refrigerator was ready when we checked-in. The staff were excellent and amiable day and night.

Breakfast with fruits and muffins, for example. Nice building and rooms for my toiletries. Absolutely perfect and favourable location, close to restaurants. And very close to the outskirts of Knoxville in Rocky Too, the creek/woods, and surrounding food places and characters.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice layout and amenities like a mini refrigerator and microwave. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience was great.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more options.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a king size bed and king bedroom, as example was not a problem. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge are a nice touch. The location is great in a really quiet area, right by the creek/woods behind the building and the outskirts of Knoxville in Rocky Too and restaurants to eat at, chain or local. I would stay here again, really enjoyed the hotel🙂

Stayed in a well-equipped room that was clean but not thoroughly cleaned. There were a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator too. Convenient location directly next to everything, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Ate at Domino's Pizza, it's within walking distance of the venue.
